Three generations of Luccas
My dad, Sal Lucca, opened this place in 1987. I started folding pizza boxes here when I was nine, and I’ve run it since he retired in 2011.
We make the dough every morning from his recipe, and the sauce the way he did. He still comes in most Friday nights to work the oven, and my daughter Gina has the counter on weekends.

What our customers say
I’ve been ordering from Lucca’s since the ’90s. Sal’s sauce hasn’t changed, and I hope it never does.

The medium wings are actually medium, and the chicken finger sub is the best on the west side.
Delivery took 50 minutes on a Friday, longer than they told me, but the pizza was still hot and the driver apologized.
Common questions
How late are you open?
Until 10 Monday to Thursday, 11 on Fridays and Saturdays, and 9 on Sundays. The last delivery goes out 30 minutes before we close.
Do you deliver?
Yes, within about four miles of the shop, for $3.50. It usually takes 35 to 45 minutes, and a little longer on Friday nights.
How long does a pickup order take?
About 20 minutes for pies and wings, and closer to 30 on Friday nights. Sheet pizzas take 45, so call ahead.
Can I order for a crowd?
Yes. A full sheet feeds about 15, and 50 wings will cover a team. For three or more sheets, give us a day’s notice with the form below.
Do you have gluten-free options?
A 12-inch gluten-free crust with any toppings, for $3 more than a regular 12-inch. It’s baked on its own pan, but there’s flour all over our kitchen, so it isn’t safe for celiac disease.
What’s a sheet pizza?
A rectangular pizza for parties. A half sheet is 12 by 17 inches and cut into 16 squares; a full sheet is 17 by 25 and cut into 32.
Do you take cards?
At the counter and at the door: cards, cash, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our drivers carry change for a $50 bill.
